What are the dates and times of the Showcase of Remodeled Homes? 

Saturday, October 5, and Sunday, October 6 from Noon to 5:00 p.m.

How much does it cost to tour the homes? 

There is a $5 punch card purchase required per adult to tour the showcase homes. Credit cards, Venmo, or checks will NOT be accommodated.

Where do I purchase a punch card? 

Every house on the tour will have punch cards available. You can purchase them at any participating home. Simply pick the house you want to tour first, and you can purchase your ticket there.

How should I plan my visits?

We recommend planning your home tours in advance. Customize your route by selecting the homes you wish to visit and utilize your phone's GPS with the Sioux Empire HBA Guide App to navigate to each location.

Is there a specific order for touring homes?

You're free to start at any home during the event, and there's no requirement to visit homes in numerical order. Homes are numbered based on their location but do not dictate a prescribed sequence.

Is there signage to help locate showcase homes? 

Absolutely! Orange directional yard signs will be provided to assist showcase attendees in finding each resident. Furthermore, participating homes will display yard signs and orange flag pennants in their front yards, indicating their availability for public viewing.

Are all the homes open during the event? 

Unless otherwise specified as closed, all homes are open for viewing during the event. For the most recent information, please refer to SHOWCASEOFREMODELEDHOMES.COM or the Sioux Empire HBA Guide App. 

Are homes for sale? 

No, the homes are not for sale. However, if you like any aspects of the indoor or outdoor projects discuss the possibility of recreating those elements in your space with the remodelers or landscapers on site.

• Wear shoes that slide on and off with ease. Not all homes will offer a place to sit and remove your shoes.
• Wear clean socks to walk through each home. Builders may or may not provide shoe covers. NO BARE FEET!
• Be respectful of furniture, walls and surfaces in all showcase homes.
• NO food or drinks allowed in any of the showcase homes.
• NO strollers allowed in any of the showcase homes.
• NO restrooms available in or around any of the showcase homes. Plan your bathroom breaks into your route
• Please ask the builders or staff working at the showcase homes before taking photos.
• Parking can be an issue in certain neighborhoods, and you may be required to walk a distance to get to the showcase homes.
• No masks will be provided at the doors of any of the showcase homes. Plan ahead if you would like to wear a mask.
